DESIGNER COLLAB | UNDERCLUB x KÚR

The UC X KÚR Sustainable Sleep Set is a collaboration between KÚR and Underclub. KÚR, founded in 2011 by Kasuni Rathnasuriya, aims to preserve the craftsmanship of handmade bobbin lace, which is on the verge of extinction in Sri Lanka. 

The sleep set incorporates this lace into contemporary fashion, sustaining the livelihoods of artisanal communities and supporting women-led initiatives. The collaboration also focuses on sustainability, sourcing certified cotton from India and working with various communities, including lace weavers and a women-led production facility.
